About the Podcast
If I Could Say One More Thing is a storytelling podcast about the words we leave unsaid… the quiet regrets, the missed opportunities, the love that came too late, and the memories that linger in our hearts.
Each episode invites listeners into a world of reflection and what-ifs, where we imagine the conversations we never had, the letters we never sent, and the moments we wish we could revisit… if only for a second chance.
This podcast is a space for those unfinished stories.
It’s a place to listen, to feel, and to remember that we’re not alone in the things we carry.
How the Podcast Works
Every episode begins with a story sent in by a listener… someone who carries a message they wish they could have shared, a memory they can’t let go of, or a moment they wish they could revisit.
From the details they provide, I create a short, fictionalized story where the listener becomes the protagonist, brought to life through immersive narration and subtle sound design.
Afterward, I invite the listener to join me for a conversation, where we reflect on how it felt to hear their story told and what it means to give voice to the unspoken.
To protect the privacy of my guests, I offer the option to have their voice masked with an AI voice in the published episode. Many choose this option so they can share openly, knowing their story is heard but their identity remains protected.
This is a space for real stories, shared with care.
Every story matters.
And every voice is welcome.
About the Creator
Hi, I’m Andrea Appelwick: a storyteller, podcast creator, and the voice behind If I Could Say One More Thing.
This podcast is a passion project I’ve carried quietly for a long time. It’s taken me nine months (between a full-time job, daily life, and the quiet hours where stories linger) to bring it into the world. Nine months: the same time it takes to bring new life into being.
This podcast has been growing in the background of my life, nurtured in the small, quiet moments where I find space to reflect and create. It’s a labor of love… one I’ve carried with care, and now, I’m ready to share it with you.
Like many of us, I’ve carried words I wish I’d spoken, and this project is my way of giving those words a voice… not just for myself, but for anyone who’s ever felt the weight of a goodbye left unsaid.
I’m not a therapist or a psychologist. Just someone who has spent more than five decades observing people, listening deeply, and learning through life’s quiet lessons. This podcast isn’t about offering advice… it’s about honoring the stories we carry and giving space to the things we never got to say.
Based in Trieste, Italy, with roots in the United States, I bring a global perspective to the universal experiences of love, loss, and longing. My hope is that these stories, told with honesty and heart, will inspire you to reflect on your own… whether it’s a message of gratitude, an apology, or a simple “I love you” that never found its way out.
Thank you for being here, for listening, and for being part of this community.
